VJA club outing in Central Vermont

About the Vermont Jeep Association

Started in 2001, the Vermont Jeep Association is a family oriented, statewide, offroading recreation club.

Although the club’s name uses the word ‘jeep’, all off-road vehicles are welcome!

We welcome beginners and experienced offroaders alike.

What we do

We organize offroad rides in Vermont and New Hampshire throughout the summer and fall.

Rides range from stock Jeep-friendly Class 4 roads to winch-and-lockers rock crawling.

We adhere to the principles of TreadLightly (www.treadlightly.org) and only ride on public trails (class 4 roads in VT, class 6 roads in NH) or on private land with owner’s permission.

Community Involvement

The Vermont Jeep Association seeks to keep Vermont’s land and natural resources safe and enjoyable for all while promoting responsible offroading.  Find out how we help achieve those goals. Find out more
